2005 Standard Tariffs for
Inspection and Supervisor Services Abroad

The
following rates and conditions as detailed
hereunder will apply for acquiring the service of
field supervision personnel of Esmil
Trading. Subcontractor tariffs for
special services are available upon request.
For
inspection, supervision of erection,
commissioning, instruction, training and start-up
assistance
abroad
Each employee away from headquarters:
€
675,=
for every 8 hour working day
Monday through Friday.
€
100,=
for every hour exceeding 8 hours
Monday through Friday.
€
775,=
for every 8 hour working day
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

125,=
for every hour exceeding 8 hours
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
One
working week is defined at 48 working hours
divided into 6 days of 8 hours each.
1.
All charges commence upon departure from the
head office and terminate upon return to home
base.
2.
Traveling- and lodging expenses will be
invoiced at actual costs
3.
Whenever the assignment exceeds 28 days, Esmil
Trading. reserves the right to exchange supervisory
personnel. Two days overlap for extended stays is
required. All costs in connection with this
personnel exchange will be charged in accordance
with above mentioned rates.
4.
Train fares should be first class. Air travel
outside Europe should be in business class, except
if such service is not available
5.
All costs and time required away from head
office in connection with obtaining the necessary
visas, injections against infectious diseases,
permits etc. will be charged at the
above-mentioned rates.
6.
In certain parts of the world the written
language and local customs may differ
substantially from those of the supervisory
personnel’s headquarters. Customer has to
provide local transportation and/or an
interpreter.
7.
Hotels reserved or site accommodations should
include single rooms with suitable sanitary
facilities and should meet European standards of
safety and cleanliness.
8.
Traveling expenses, on the basis of actual
costs, as well as the hours spent at the
above-mentioned rates, will be claimed in the form
of a specified declaration. Copies of original
invoices will normally not be furnished. Payment
should be made within 14 days from the date of
invoice.
9.
The management of Esmil
Trading. reserves the right without further
discussion, to abstract from sending personnel if
it is to be expected that the local circumstances
do not guarantee a save living-, travel- or
working conditions. Esmil
Trading is not liable for any costs resulting from
not sending personnel.
10.
All prices quoted are net in Euro, exclusive
of VAT. Local taxes and duties are not included in
the offered prices and will be charged separately
if applicable.

Rates quoted are valid from January 1st
till December 31st 2005
